Tie the knot in style at The Falcon, a stunning Georgian townhouse dating back to 1554. Nestled within Painswick, this quintessential town enchants visitors with its picturesque honey-coloured stone houses and the majestic St Mary’s Church.
The Falcon can host up to 60 guests for a Wedding Breakfast, and 120 for a reception. Our beautifully converted private space, ‘The Shires’, is separate from the pub itself. With its own bar, it can be exclusively yours. It has a capacity of up to 50 guests for a wedding breakfast and 80 guests for a reception, so you can invite those evening guests after your ceremony at Painswick Rococo Garden.
The Shires can also be hired for engagement & retirement parties, launch parties and birthday parties.
Once the celebrations have drawn to a close, you and your guests can retreat into one of our 11 sumptuous en-suite bedrooms. Each cosy room is individual in décor, combining a charming cottage style.
The following morning, wake to enjoy a private breakfast either in our stunning Dining Room overlooking st. Mary’s Parish or in The Shires.
